General Policies

What are your reservation/cancellation policies?

Reservation rates are as follows: Single night stays require full payment. Daily rates require a minimum two days advance at current rates. A $50 deposit is required for weekly stays, and a $100 deposit is required for weekender and extended stays.

Cancellation policies are as follows: A minimum $10 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations up to (30) THIRTY days prior to reservation date, and no refund will be issued for cancellations within (30) THIRTY days of reservation date. Reservations for extended stays are not available online. There are no refunds for forfeitures or early departures.

 

What are your check-in/out policies?

Check-in begins after 2pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is subject to site availability and additional charges. If you have not checked in by 1pm the following day, nor have we heard from you, we will consider your site forfeited and cancellation policies will go into effect. Our office hours end at 4pm, so should you need to check-in at a later time and need assistance getting set up, we ask that you call ahead to make arrangements. There will be no check-in assistance available after 8pm.

Check-out time is before 1pm on the departure date. Departure after this time must be arranged in advance and is subject to additional fees.

 

Do you allow single night stays?

Yes, we do! However, they must be reserved and paid for, in full, in advance. In order to offer this convenience, we charge a slightly higher overnight rate. When might this service be most useful? A good example might be the need for an overnight, rest stop while travelling a long distance.  Subject to site limits.

 

Do you allow tent camping?

Unfortunately, no. We simply don’t have available facilities.

 

Do you accept site rentals for weekend/occasional use?

Yes, we do! We have a limited number of sites, which we refer to as “weekenders”. Each includes site occupancy for up to (15) days per month. These sites are subject to availability and must be reserved over the phone or in person during regular business hours.

 

Do you accept live-in/full time residents?

Yes, we do! We have a limited number of sites, which we refer to as “extended stay” and can be rented for up to (8) EIGHT months. These sites are subject to availability and must be reserved over the phone or in person during regular business hours.

 

Do you allow visitors?

Yes, we do! All visitors, as well as reserved guests, must check in at the office. We do charge a small fee for guest visitors and their vehicles, as parking is limited. Visitors are subject to the same policies as all park guests are.

 

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we do! Please refer to our pet policies for more information.

 

Do you allow campfires?

Yes, for the most part. We have a few spaces designated as “fire free” zones. However, the majority of the park is campfire friendly. Barbequing is allowed in all sites and designated common areas of the park. Campfires must be in regulation approved containments.

What is the speed limit within the park?

The speed limit is 5mph throughout the park.

 

What are your parking policies?

We ask that all guests and their visitors refrain from parking on access roads. There is parking available onsite, and we have some overflow parking available as well, so please inquire with management if you need additional parking accommodations.

 

Can I repair my car/boat on site?

In general, we do not allow repairs to be made to vehicles, RVs, or boats within park boundaries. Please consult with management regarding this policy before beginning any work.

 

What are your quiet hours?

Our quiet hours begin at 10pm and end at 8am on any given day.

 

Can I add a deck/garden/storage to my site?

We do allow some site modifications for our weekender and extended stay customers. However, all site modifications MUST be approved through management. Guests need to contact the office if they wish to add or change anything on the existing site BEFORE they make any changes.

 

Can I advertise my RV for sale?

We do not allow the sale of any vehicle, boat, RV, or any other vessel within the park.

 

General Questions

 

What site services do you offer?

Our sites are roomy and ALL sites have full hookups, which include: water, sewer, and electric (30 and 50 AMP available). Pull-throughs are 30 AMP only.

 

What is the largest size RV you can accommodate?

In general, our spaces will accommodate most RVs. Guests owning RVs with unusual dimensions should inquire before reserving a space.

 

Do you sell firewood?

Yes, we do! Guests wanting to purchase firewood can contact the office for prices. Subject to availability of seasoned wood.

 

Do you have restroom/laundry facilities?

We do not have restroom or laundry facilities available at this time.

 

Do you have barbecues and picnic tables?

Yes, we have picnic tables available on most sites. However, we do not have barbecues, as we have found that most guests prefer to provide and use their own.

 

Do you have a general store?

No, we do not have a general store at this time.

 

Do you have a swimming pool?

No, we do not have a swimming pool.

 

Can I pitch a tent on site?

Under certain circumstances we do allow a tent on site. Guest who want to have a tent on site will need to make arrangements with management.
